2BV 2BE 202 Series Water Ring Vacuum Pump for Clay Brick Extrusion
The 2BV 2BE 202 Series Water Ring Vacuum Pump is a high-efficiency, oil-free single-stage pump designed for the brick making industry. Featuring mechanical shaft seals and an integrated structure, it delivers reliable vacuum performance with simple installation and low maintenance. It efficiently removes air and moist steam in clay brick extruders, achieving a suction pressure as low as 33 mbar absolute (97% vacuum) to improve mud column density and brick forming quality. With optional cavitation protection and an atmospheric injector (boosting vacuum down to 10 mbar), it ensures stable operation for continuous brick production lines. When used as a compressor, it supports working pressures up to 0.26 MPa absolute, meeting diverse brick manufacturing requirements.
