Complete Troubleshooting Manual of Brick Stacking Machine Solve Common Stacker Faults on Brick Line

 1. Brick Stacking Machine cannot lift or lower; clamping disc fails to clamp, release, split or combine brick rows

Fault cause: Corresponding solenoid valve damage or lost system initial parameters.

Solution: Test in manual mode first. Replace matched solenoid valve if manual operation also fails. If manual action works, shift the stacking machine to the left end, then click "Brick Stacking Machine Reset" and "Left Initialization" on touch screen to restore system data.

 2. Brick Stacking Machine cannot move left and right; chuck cannot rotate forward or reversely

Fault cause: Related sensors damaged, inverter trip or damage, incorrect initialization setting.

Solution: Check sensors and inverters for faults firstly. When manual operation is normal, move the machine to left side and complete reset & left initialization on touch screen.

 3. Right side of Brick Stacking Machine drops continuously without stop

Fault cause: Layer limit sensors on the right stacking part are damaged or out of induction.

Solution: Inspect all layer sensors on the right side, adjust misplaced sensors or replace broken ones to recover descending limit function.
