Vertical Oil-free Vacuum Pump
This vertical oil-free vacuum pump adopts advanced reciprocating piston working mechanism, specially developed for industries requiring oil-free clean vacuum environment. Equipped with an independent baffle chamber structure, it thoroughly separates the lubricated crankcase and process gas pipeline, completely avoiding oil contamination of process medium.
Two stuffing box sealing types are optional to satisfy different working conditions: standard PTFE/rubber sealing for common air & neutral gas, and nitrogen purge special sealing structure for hazardous flammable toxic gas like CO, methane and natural gas. With water cooling system and F4 self-lubricating piston rings, this oil free vertical vacuum pump is widely used for corrosive gas extraction, high-purity tail gas recovery, pharmaceutical vacuum filtration, lithium battery material processing and fine chemical distillation.
1. Core Working System & Structure
-Mechanical Transmission System
The motor drives the crank-slider mechanism through a V-belt, converting rotary motion into reciprocating linear motion. Crosshead slider transfers power to the piston via piston rod, providing stable power for gas suction and compression circulation.
-Suction & Discharge System
The piston is fitted with F4 gas-sealing self-lubricating piston rings. While reciprocating inside the cylinder, it periodically expands and compresses gas volume. Axially arranged inlet and exhaust valves precisely control gas intake and discharge cycles to realize continuous vacuum pumping without cylinder oil lubrication.
-Auxiliary Functional Components
1. Lubrication System: Crankcase oil lubricates all moving transmission parts via splash lubrication or forced feed, extending the service life of driving components.
2. Cooling System: 0.2 bar cooling water circulates inside the pump to take away heat generated by gas compression, stabilizing pump temperature during long-time continuous operation.
3. Self-lubricating Oil-free Design: F4 piston rings realize self-lubrication inside the cylinder, no extra oil supply required for gas flow channel, ensuring full oil-free vacuum output.
-Dual Optional Stuffing Box Sealing Configurations
- 1. Standard Sealing Type: Adopts PTFE or rubber oil seals, cost-effective for conventional air, non-toxic neutral gas working conditions.
- 2. Special Hazardous Gas Sealing Type: Customized for flammable, toxic and explosive media such as carbon monoxide, methane and natural gas. Nitrogen with adjustable pressure and flow is injected into the sealing cavity. Trace leaked hazardous gas mixes with nitrogen after throttling and is safely exhausted outside the pump unit. It prevents dangerous gas leakage and avoids air mixing to contaminate process gas.
-Exclusive Baffle Chamber Isolation Design
A dedicated independent baffle chamber separates the process gas flow path and oil-lubricated crankcase completely. This core design blocks oil vapor from entering vacuum pipeline, realizing absolutely oil-free vacuum system. It is the ideal vacuum equipment for oil-sensitive production, corrosive medium handling and high-purity tail gas recycling projects.
