The mechanical automatic brick strip cutting machine is essential supporting equipment matched with clay brick extruders in fired brick production lines. We supply two main series: V series brick column cutters (V01, V02) and SS series finished brick cutters (SS01, SS02), fully automatic operation without manual feeding or cutting intervention.

Model Difference & Matching Application

1. V Series Brick Column Cutter (Mud Strip Cutting Machine)

• V01 Model Matched with non-vacuum brick extruders and small extruder models below 30. Its cutting section presents curved shape, which will generate a small amount of waste mud during operation. Parameters: Conveying speed 1.05m/s, Max cutting length 1250mm, Power 1.1Kw
• V02 Model Higher cutting speed and stronger cutting force than V01. Straight cutting surface produces far less waste mud, more material-saving. Perfect match for vacuum brick extruders of model 30 ~ 45. Parameters: Conveying speed 1.05m/s, Max cutting length 1250mm, Power 1.5Kw

2. SS Series Finished Brick Cutter

Used for secondary cutting of formed brick columns into standard single bricks, stable cutting frequency up to 26 times per minute.

• SS01: Max cutting length 1050mm, Power 4Kw
• SS02: Max cutting length 1250mm, Power 5.5Kw

Application Scope

This automatic brick strip cutting machine set is widely supporting equipment for red clay, shale, coal gangue solid/hollow/perforated fired brick production lines. It can form a complete automatic mud strip conveying & cutting system when connected with vacuum extruder, roller crusher and rubbing screen.

Working Principle

Continuous mud strip extruded from the brick extruder is sent to the cutting machine via belt conveyor. The mechanical cutter automatically cuts long mud strips into fixed-length brick columns according to set size. The SS secondary brick cutter further cuts brick columns into standard single bricks for subsequent blank conveying and drying procedures.
