With 3 kw driving motor, different models deliver flow rate from 150‑400 L/h and outlet pressure ranging from 6.3 MPa up to 16 MPa. A: This pump is designed for water‑based lubrication. Ordinary lubricating oil is not recommended. If you switch to oil medium, internal sealing components will need modification. Please inform us if you need oil‑lubrication version.

Q2:How to select the correct 4DY model for my brick extruder?

A: Main selection factors are required working pressure and flow rate of your brick extruder. Tell us your brick machine model (such as JZ280, JKR45 etc.), we will recommend the matching pump model for you. Higher pressure does not always mean better performance.

Q3:What wearing parts do I need to prepare for this lubrication pump?

A: Main wearing consumables are seals, gaskets and pressure gauges. We will supply spare‑parts list after order. Since water is used as medium, please regularly check and replace seals to prevent water leakage.
