This automatic tunnel kiln utilizes special high-temperature thermocouples and micro-pressure transmitters to accurately measure temperature and pressure within the kiln. The imported PLC calculates and processes these signals, while dedicated software controls the temperature.

The system employs traditional PID operation combined with advanced fuzzy control theory. The PLC controls the inverter wind and automatic transfer device to supplement cast coal combustion. This allows for automatic roasting and baking, achieving standardization, digitization, and automation in tunnel kiln management.
