Stone Vibrator Inclined Vibrating Screen Sieve
The inclined vibrating screen adopts eccentric block excitation structure. It separates minerals and raw materials into different particle sizes for subsequent crushing processing. The machine is assembled with vibrator, eccentric block, screen mesh, spring, V-belt and driving motor. It is widely used for screening bulk materials including sand, gravel, coal and coke between feeding hopper and crusher. We can design and supply all types of vibrating screens according to customers’ capacity and technical requirements.
Working Principle
The vibrating screen mainly consists of eccentric block vibrator, screen box, motor and supporting components. Through flexible coupling, the motor drives the eccentric block of the vibrator to rotate at high speed and generate centrifugal exciting force, driving the screen box to produce periodic vibration. Materials on the inclined screen surface are continuously tossed under vibration force, so as to realize material stratification and particle classification.
